Where could a 3.0/178 get in, if..

Since there are no statistics on whether or not in the 2025 application cycle, lsat or standardized tests go optional for admission, and if they do in 2025, because they say we evaluate applicants holistically
Would a 3.0/178 still likely be able to break the top 50, as they typically would top 20 when lsat was required?
Isn’t it true even if standardized tests go optional for admission a percentage of law schools will still keep it requisite for their particular school if they choose to?
I just feel with only 8 months remaining this 2024 cycle I may not have time to get the desired score like I could in 2025, and when I do, it will then not help me at all
