So how good of a candidate do you have to be to actually get a Susman interview? Lol
The NY office is incredibly competitive. I'd be surprised if anyone who didn't go to a T6 with a top clerkship or two even gets through the door.

Anyone have information on how frequently do COA judges rescind offers based on 2L grades (for those who hire off plan)? I am concerned about the potential for a drop this semester.

Any idea about their non-NY offices? Looking at their West Coast offices

Current SG associate. The best insight you can get is to look at bios of the associates in the office(s) you're interested at. Credentials get you the interview but fit gets you the offer (i've recommended against hiring several SCOTUS clerks for that reason).

Does anyone have a sense for SG's interview-to-offer ratio? Even better if it's specific to the new york office.

Williams & Connolly has started interviewing.
Williams & Connolly has also begun sending out post-interview rejections.
For those who’ve applied to Williams & Connolly, what’s been the timeline from application to interviews to offer/rejection?

Other than SG, have people been hearing back/interviewing places? Interested in Chicago predominately, but threw out a few NY apps.

I received an interview about 1 week after applying and then received a rejection about 1 week after the interview.

Patterson Belknap and Cravath have both given out offers for associates starting in Summer '24. I hear a number of boutiques are interviewing, Holwell Shuster, MoloLamken, Kaplan Hecker, but haven't heard of those three giving out offers yet.

For those who submitted to MTO and heard back from them, how long did that take? What was the timeline from submission to interview offer?

Has anyone heard back from/received interviews or offers Quinn Emanuel, Morgan Lewis, or Sidley? If yes, which office?

I applied to Sidley and Jenner's Chicago offices in mid-December and haven't heard anything yet.
