When you see a law schools rank, and it mentions undergraduate GPA, is this the GPA at all colleges which a person has attended, or just the one where they got their degree?

Just the one where you get your degree and that's pretty much the only one that matters.

This is incorrect - it's LSAC's calculation of your undergrad GPA based on all college classes taken at any institution up until you were awarded your first bachelor's degree.
